Am Prallertsweg war im August eine Gruppe von Genossenschaftsmitgliedern und weiteren freiwilligen Helfer*innen im Einsatz.<\/p>\n<p>Neben der Arbeit an den B\u00e4umen hatten die Teilnehmenden Gelegenheit <strong>Wissenswertes<\/strong> \u00fcber die verschiedenen Schnitttechniken <strong>zu erfahren<\/strong>. Der Sommerschnitt als sinnvolle Erg\u00e4nzung zum Winterschnitt ist besonders bei Apfel- und Birnenb\u00e4umen sinnvoll. Es wurden Wasserschosse &#8211; also die diesj\u00e4hrigen senkrechten Triebe &#8211; teilweise entfernt. Mit dieser Ma\u00dfnahme wird der Wuchs der B\u00e4ume beruhigt, es kommt mehr Licht in die Baumkrone, die Fr\u00fcchte reifen besser und die entstehenden Wunden am Baum heilen schneller als im Winter. Auch der Fruchtansatz f\u00fcr das kommende Jahr wird gef\u00f6rdert. Viele solcher Fragen wurden w\u00e4hrend der Aktion auch beantwortet und erl\u00e4utert.<\/p>\n<p>Somit war die Aktivit\u00e4t in zweierlei Hinsicht erfolgreich: Es wurde <strong>Gutes f\u00fcr einige B\u00e4ume der Gemeinde<\/strong> getan und f\u00fcr die Teilnehmenden waren es <strong>lehrreiche Stunden<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div class='flex_column
